Returns, Refunds and Withdrawal

1. General information

Consumers generally benefit from statutory withdrawal rights in distance sales unless a legal exception applies.

2. Time period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the goods or the last part of the delivery.

3. Procedure

Please notify us with a clear statement of your withdrawal or return request, ideally by email and including your order number.

4. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal may be excluded in particular where sealed goods are no longer suitable for return due to health, safety, or hygiene reasons once opened.

5. Refunds

Once the return is checked, refunds are generally processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
